We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Produce Team Receiver at Whole Foods Market. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our customers receive the freshest and highest-quality produce possible.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and process produce shipments, inspecting product quality and quantity
- Store produce in designated areas, maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Meet customer demands by working efficiently and restocking and rotating produce as needed
- Collaborate with the produce team to achieve sales goals and maintain high-quality standards
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve any issues or concerns

Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
