Job Description:

In this exciting role as a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the warehouse team and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high productivity levels, adhering to safety protocols, and fostering effective employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry and Inventory Management: Accurately record and manage inventory levels, update data in our computer systems, and perform basic math operations with precision.
  • Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for procurement teams, coordinate door availability for inbound and outbound drivers, and ensure seamless communication with the finance team.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Provide guidance and coaching to employees, develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Operational Efficiency: Analyze workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience preferred.
  • Certifications: Expected to obtain certification as a power material handling equipment operator.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational skills, excellent written communication, ability to prioritize tasks, lead a team, and maintain momentum to meet goals and deadlines.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:

This position requires working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, regularly exposed to cool and/or cold temperatures, fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level can be loud, and the job may require standing, walking, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Estimated Salary Range:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
