Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Custom Storage Specialist to join our Installation department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and installing custom storage systems, including closets, cabinets, and other spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and install custom storage systems, including closets, cabinets, and other spaces, to meet client specifications and expectations.
  • Utilize provided CAD drawings to ensure accurate and efficient installation.
  • Assemble and install systems of varying complexity, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail.
  • Assist in the removal and installation of materials in client homes, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Maintain shop tools and equipment in safe working order, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Install systems independently or with team members, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in training programs as needed, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during in-home installations, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain safety standards at all times, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Operate company-provided vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and regulations.
