The Technical Project Manager will oversee all facets of the project, encompassing meetings, action items, documentation, change management, and communication. The ideal candidate will guarantee the smooth execution of the project, culminating in a fully functional and effective Procurement Intake tool.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight:
    • Manage the comprehensive implementation of the Procurement Intake tool, ensuring all project milestones are met on schedule.
    • Coordinate project tasks, including planning, resource distribution, and assignment of responsibilities.
    • Administer G-drive and Slack channels for project communication and document management, ensuring all team members have access to essential resources.
  • Meeting Facilitation and Action Item Tracking:
    • Organize and lead project meetings, including initial kick-offs, status updates, and retrospective sessions.
    • Monitor and manage action items, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
    • Deliver clear and concise weekly updates to stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and challenges.
  • Documentation and User Training:
    • Create detailed training materials for end-users and project stakeholders.
    • Document workflows, processes, and procedures associated with the Procurement Intake tool.
    • Maintain and update knowledge base resources to reflect current practices and tool utilization.
  • Change Management and Stakeholder Communication:
    • Develop and implement a change management strategy to facilitate the adoption of the Procurement Intake tool.
    • Prepare and disseminate communications to stakeholders and end-users, ensuring they are kept informed of project developments, modifications, and timelines.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance and Process Enhancement:
    • Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for process improvement.
    • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and align with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally with a focus on procurement or enterprise software deployment.
  • Strong grasp of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello).
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Experience in change management, training, and technical documentation.
  • Proficiency with G-suite, Slack, and other collaborative tools.
Compensation:

Hourly Pay Rate: $70-$84/DOE
