Job Summary
Nursefinders seeks a skilled Operating Room Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our surgical team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced operating room environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgery, including education and support for patients and their families.
- Work collaboratively with surgical teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Participate in pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient assessment, medication administration, and wound care.
- Assist with surgical procedures, including circulating and scrubbing, as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, as required by the facility.
