Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Eurest. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso drinks to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks to customers, following standard recipes and procedures.
  • Enter orders accurately into the point-of-sale system and handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies, maintaining a clean and organized service area.
  • Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures, adhering to HACCP standards.
  • Maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies, and utensils.
  • Prepare food according to approved recipes and follow prescribed production standards.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Serve customers quickly and efficiently, preventing delays in serving lines.
  • Demonstrate a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explain them to customers.
  • Serve as an advocate of selling techniques to customers, establishing good communication and assisting in the buying decision-making process.
Requirements
  • Must have barista experience and worked with espresso barista machines and latte art.
