Job Summary

The LifeCafe Barista is a key member of our team, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high-quality experience for our members and customers. As a skilled barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving fresh coffee and espresso beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages to specification, using our proprietary recipes and member requests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and providing information as needed to ensure a positive experience for our members and customers.

Requirements
  • 1 year of experience as a barista or in a coffee shop environment.
  • ServeSafe certification within the first 60 days of hire.
  • CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of hire.
  • Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a restaurant or food service setting.
  • Latte Art experience.
