Job Summary:

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at St. Michael Medical Center. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our Registered Nurses to ensure the comfort and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Registered Nurses with delivering nursing care, including providing personal care, hygiene, and physical comfort to patients.
• Perform various tasks, such as feeding, bathing, shaving, changing clothes, bed making, ambulation, lifting, turning, moving, transferring, skin care, and bowel and bladder elimination, as needed.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients, promoting a positive and respectful environment.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant program (or military medical specialty training).
• Six months related work experience.
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant by the Washington State.
• Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
