Requirements
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in school guidance and counseling.
  • Experience as a teacher and/or counselor preferred, but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of MCPS Policies and Procedures, Comprehensive Guidance and Counseling Program, and Program of Studies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to use technology, including online scheduling systems, to support student services and communication.
