The Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) is looking for qualified candidates to fill Grader roles for upcoming academic semesters.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibility involves evaluating homework and student submissions across various EECS courses. The number of hours worked each week will fluctuate based on enrollment numbers.
Essential Qualifications- Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours during the semester
- Current enrollment in the EECS department or a closely related field
- Successful completion of the relevant course with a minimum grade of B
- Maintain a GPA of at least 3.0
- Achieved an A grade in the course for which grading assistance is provided
- Enrolled in the EECS department
Applicants are required to submit their application online, clearly indicating the course they wish to grade. Incomplete applications may result in disqualification.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE INCLUDE THE COURSE NUMBER AND NAME (EX: EECS 388 EMBEDDED SYSTEMS)
This position is part of a pool for multiple Graders. Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis throughout the academic year.
Salary InformationThe hourly wage ranges from $14.00 to $15.00, based on experience.
Work HoursFlexible working hours available, up to 20 hours per week.
Start DateThe anticipated start date for this position is in August.
