About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Renal Healthcare Technician to provide exceptional patient care to individuals with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing pre-dialysis, dialysis, and post-dialysis care to patients
  • Conducting vital sign measurements, initiating cannulation, and performing patient observations
  • Setting up and operating hemodialysis machines

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives and contribute to our mission to deliver exceptional patient care.

Requirements
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent required
  2. Proven ability to care for patients and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  3. Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or state-approved certification (for experienced technicians)
  4. BLS/CPR certification (for experienced technicians)
