Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Designer to assist our Job Captain in the production of construction documents from cartoon sets. Key responsibilities include preparing general project data sheets, dimensioning plans, noting and referencing materials and products, drawing undeveloped building and wall sections, assembling project details, applying applicable code requirements, and assisting with plan check corrections and consultant coordination.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for transferring hand-sketched unit floor plans and elevations into Revit, as well as assisting the PM or JC with services during construction, including issuing ASI's, RFI's, and reviewing shop drawings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Revit
  • Working knowledge of building construction types I, III, and V
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture preferred, on track to be licensed
