Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IPM Technician to join our Integrated Pest Management team. This is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to break into the cannabis industry and start building knowledge of cannabis cultivation and pest management.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and scout for pests and diseases on a daily basis
  • Maintain up-to-date records of pesticide and preventative agent usage
  • Mix and apply pesticides and preventative agents as needed
  • Operate and maintain Dramm Hydraulic Sprayers
  • Apply IPM products to plants and beneficial bugs
  • Coordinate scheduling of applications with the IPM Supervisor
  • Follow standard operating procedures for assigned tasks and projects
  • Follow all safety protocols
  • Conduct and document follow-up inspections to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Be a team player with excellent communication skills
  • Be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work in areas with high temperatures, humidity, and CO2 levels
  • Must be able to work under intense lighting conditions
  • Exposure to possible allergens, irritants, and loud noises
  • Reliable transportation
