IPM Technician Job Description

At Curaleaf, we're committed to delivering high-quality cannabis products while ensuring the health and safety of our employees and the environment. As an IPM Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the quality of our products by applying preventative agents and monitoring for pests and diseases.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and scout for pests and diseases on a daily basis
  • Maintain up-to-date logs of pesticide and preventative agent applications
  • Mix and apply pesticides, preventative agents, and caustic cleaning agents as needed
  • Operate and maintain Dramm Hydraulic Sprayers
  • Apply IPM products to plants and beneficial bugs as required
  • Coordinate with the IPM Supervisor to schedule applications and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Be a team player with excellent communication skills
  • Have great time management and self-motivation skills
  • Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
