As an IPM Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the quality of our products by applying preventative agents and monitoring for pests and diseases.
Responsibilities:- Monitor and scout for pests and diseases on a daily basis
- Maintain up-to-date logs of pesticide and preventative agent applications
- Mix and apply pesticides, preventative agents, and caustic cleaning agents as needed
- Operate and maintain Dramm Hydraulic Sprayers
- Apply IPM products to plants and beneficial bugs as required
- Coordinate with the IPM Supervisor to schedule applications and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Be a team player with excellent communication skills
- Have great time management and self-motivation skills
- Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
