Position Overview: This role is essential for the precise and effective handling of various components and materials in a secure environment. This section functions as a crucial pathway for operations where specific procedures are executed to prepare items for designated purposes (such as final assembly, coating, thermal treatment, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct tumbling operations using ceramic and triziac media of various sizes.
- Execute media blasting techniques utilizing aluminum oxide and glass bead.
- Perform grinding, buffing, polishing, and deburring tasks.
- Implement heat treatment processes on diverse materials.
- Prepare products through spinning, serrating, chamfering, and buffing.
- Engage in cleaning and scrubbing of materials and products.
- Prepare products for packaging and shipping.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with malfunctioning equipment and tools to determine effective repair solutions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of experience in machine operation.
- Capability to interpret and understand mechanical schematics.
- Proficiency in using basic processing machinery and simple hand tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Shift premium of $1.00 per hour.
