Position Overview:


As a Culinary Specialist at Wyndham Boston Beacon Hill, you will play a vital role in our culinary team, contributing to the delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, preparing high-quality dishes with precision and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include executing menu items, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring the consistent presentation of our culinary offerings.


Key Responsibilities:

Culinary Preparation:
Prepare and cook menu items to Wyndham Boston Beacon Hill's standards. Adhere to recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.

Station Management:
Effectively manage your assigned kitchen station, including setup, cooking, and cleanup. Ensure that all ingredients and supplies are stocked and organized.

Quality Assurance:
Uphold high standards of food quality and hygiene. Monitor food temperatures, ingredient freshness, and consistency of dish presentation.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Communicate effectively to coordinate and prioritize tasks.

Safety and Cleanliness:
Comply with all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices. Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Inventory Management:

Time Management:
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Capable of prioritizing duties and managing time effectively.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent:
