FosterAdopt Connect is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Case Coordinator to join our team. As a Case Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support and advocacy to foster and adoptive families, as well as working closely with our Behavioral Intervention (BI) team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Case Management: Provide support and advocacy to foster and adoptive families, including completing assessments, attending court appointments, and reviewing incident reports.
- Administrative Leadership & Supervision: Work with the BI team to onboard new staff, provide training and support, and conduct regular evaluations.
- Outcome Planning/PQI: Complete agency reports and statistics, establish procedures to track and report program outcomes, and maintain compliance with resource provider files.
- Education: Master's degree in social work, psychology, public administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience working with at-risk populations, preferably in a non-profit social services setting.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.
