About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead our EDI Production Support and Member Enrollment teams. As a key member of our Customer Data & File Solutions team, you will be responsible for supervising team members and processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of EDI production support and member enrollment services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage team members to ensure workloads are balanced and turnaround times are met.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure common goals are met and/or exceeded.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to reduce workloads or improve quality within EDI and Member Enrollment.
  • Serve as a resource to team members and internal/external stakeholders on complex assignments/projects.
  • Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends, assess their impact, and collaborate with EDI and Member Enrollment Management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
  • Manage and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives.
  • Establish and implement individual and team priorities, performance goals and objectives to ensure completion of responsibilities.
  • Provide training and development opportunities, including stretch assignments, for team members and give honest and open feedback to aid in the development of talent.
  • Manage and evaluate individual/team performance and take appropriate action to meet and/or exceed performance standards.
  • Ensure that processes are followed in accordance with internal controls and that data is appropriately managed per LFG corporate data privacy standards.
  • Ensure that top talent is hired and retained.
Requirements
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
  • 3+ Years of experience in customer service environment directly aligned to the specific responsibilities of this role
  • 2+ Years of experience in EDI and/or Member Enrollment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior supervisory experience and/or experience working in Ardis/Converge
  • Ability to balance technical aspect (system, customer, broker) and ability to lead a team
  • Ability to prioritize and continuously improve processes, procedures, systems, and the team

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $53,500 - $92,500 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law.

Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.

The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees.

In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.

Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln's standard benefits package.
