About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Press Operator to join our team at Utah PaperBox. This is a unique opportunity to work with state-of-the-art printing equipment and be part of a dynamic production environment.

Job Summary

The Press Operator will be responsible for operating high-speed presses, ensuring accurate color reproduction, and maintaining high-quality print outputs. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Printing Equipment: Safely operate high-speed presses, adjusting settings as needed to achieve optimal print quality.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular checks to ensure color accuracy, registration, and overall print quality meet our high standards.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with production staff to ensure smooth operation, share knowledge, and provide guidance when needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working with similar printing equipment and processes.
  • Skill Set: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
What We Offer
