Job Description

Job Title: BSS Practice Senior Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ months Contract

Job Description:

  • Lead large-scale BSS programs with a minimum of 14 years of experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Telecom Application Landscape across CSP Processes, with a preference for Enterprise Services.
  • Manage Telecom customers effectively, utilizing excellent communication skills.
  • Drive Enterprise Telecom Business Solutions, Architecture delivery, and software system delivery.
  • Work in Consulting Advisory roles, helping customers solve business problems in the Telecom BSS area.
  • Drive Solutioning & implementation of Telecom Transformation Programs.
  • Participate in planning and high-level design of the solution, exploring solution alternatives.
  • Architectural & delivery Governance, Change & Release management, and Cadence Lead Application portfolio optimization (APO) & Implementation of Telecom business centric testing practice.
  • Explore possibilities to Modernize Telecom BSS stack, Run POC, create business case & proposal, and Lead Technical Solutioning across BSS Application stack for Client's Telecom Customers & Potential prospects.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong IT experience in Telecom domain with BSS experience in Retail, Enterprise, and wholesale LOB for following areas:
    • Sales & CRM
    • CPQ
    • Care & Self-Help
    • Enterprise Product Catalog
    • Order management
    • Workflow management
    • Mediation, Rating, Billing, OCS
    • Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management
    • Enterprise Integrations
    • Data & Analytics, Reporting & Dash boarding, Governance & policy management.
  • Extensive experience in tactical and strategic product roll-out, including Technology recommendations, architecture, domain-driven solutions, API-led connectivity, Risk Management, Fault Tolerance, NFR, Resilient architectures.
  • Hand-on architecture design/consulting experience with Amdocs, Netcracker, CSG, Sigma e2e BSS stack.
  • Should have worked in customer advisory role across BSS stack for 5+ years.
  • Should be well conversant with eTOM/SID/TAM models, GSMA standards, Experience with TMF architecture & Integration standards - ODA, NaaS, Open API, Experience in e-commerce and Omni-channel transformations, Customer experience.
  • Strong experience in Business Architecting and designing IT solutions with Enterprise Integrations, Legacy modernization, Functional consolidation.

Preferred Experience/Skills Certifications:

  • TOGAF 9 Certified TMF Certifications
