We are seeking a seasoned real estate professional to join our team as a Leasing Manager. As a key member of our property operations team, you will be responsible for guiding a team to success while creating exceptional living experiences for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lease Administration: Manage all leasing inquiries, conduct tours, perform follow-ups, and assist prospects with the application process.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage the leasing staff, including full-time Leasing Professionals and part-time Community Assistants.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Implement tailored marketing efforts to meet leasing goals and ensure sufficient in-office and online traffic.
  • Market Research: Conduct weekly market surveys of comp properties for company and property reports.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that pricing, leasing specials, and availability are accurately presented to residents and prospects.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
