We are currently in search of a mid-level Electrical Supervisory Discipline Engineer to enhance our team and contribute to our projects in conventional generation and industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide a team of electrical engineers on projects within the Conventional Generation and Industrial domains.
  • Manage project parameters including scope, timeline, budget, and approval of design documents.
  • Prepare equipment specifications, data sheets, calculations, and analyses essential for the design and configuration control processes.
  • Perform electrical analyses such as short circuit, voltage drop, coordination, and arc flash studies.
  • Develop comprehensive electrical design documentation including diagrams, schedules, plans, and drawings.
  • Evaluate proposals, timelines, and budgets while providing technical guidance to the electrical engineering team.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, vendors, and project team members across multiple initiatives.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of a Professional Engineering (PE) License in any U.S. state, with the potential for licensure in additional states.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the design of electrical systems for power generation or industrial facilities.
  • Familiarity with plant design methodologies, engineering schematics, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Teams.
  • Authorization for unescorted access to U.S. Nuclear Power Plants.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 15 years of experience in conventional generation or industrial design.
