LHC Group is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist for a challenging Home Health role in Cullman, Alabama.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with the patient's needs and goals
  • Conduct patient assessments evaluating the level of function by applying diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • CURRENT Occupational Therapy licensure in state of AL
  • CURRENT CPR certification
  • CURRENT driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
