As an Occupational Therapist at Woodland Village Rehab & Health Care, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating patients' abilities and developing personalized intervention plans to enable daily living and work skills.
- Utilizing therapeutic techniques to improve patients' ability to perform tasks in their daily living and working environments.
- Adapting living environments to patients' needs and advising on home and workplace environmental alterations.
- Assessing and recording patients' progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to patient care.
- Providing guidance and education to patients' family members and caregivers.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience in a clinical occupational therapy setting is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Dedication to patient-centered care and a holistic therapeutic approach.
