Job Title: Registered Nurse House Supervisor PRN Nights

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse House Supervisor to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Medical Center. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating all nursing care on a 24-hour basis.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse House Supervisor will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of nursing care to provide quality patient care and maintain high standards of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. You will intercede and interact with medical staff and the public to assist with concerns, issues, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate all nursing care on a 24-hour basis
  • Manage, coordinate, and control all aspects of nursing care to provide quality patient care
  • Intercede and interact with medical staff and the public to assist with concerns, issues, and problem-solving
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing, BSN required
  • Current hospital experience working as an AOS or in management required
