Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, proven experience in project management, and a passion for innovation.
About You
- You will be responsible for leading projects, providing technical expertise, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
- As a senior engineer, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, assisting in their professional development.
- You will stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop electrical systems, including schematic design, PCB layout, and component selection.
- Conduct thorough analysis and testing to ensure the functionality, reliability, and safety of electrical systems and components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into overall product designs.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project goals and deadlines.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on power electronics, PCB layout, SMT production, etc.
- Proven track record of successfully leading electrical engineering projects from concept to production.
