About the Role
  • Lead the property management team and take ownership of the community's performance, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies for achieving occupancy levels, resident retention, and revenue growth.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and motivates employees to deliver exceptional results.
What You Bring
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail, with a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, employees, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in industry software, including YARDI, and experience with budgeting, accounting, and rent collection processes.
  • A sharp professional appearance, with a focus on maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
