Your responsibilities:

As an Associate Sales Representative for Orthopaedic Instruments, you will play a key role in strategically promoting and selling Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products to fulfill our customers' needs. You will confidently conduct product evaluations in various settings, effectively demonstrating the benefits of our offerings. By systematically tracking your territory's progress, you will proactively communicate your achievements with your Sales Representatives and challenge yourself to exceed each target. When interacting with clients, you will utilize your product expertise and quick problem-solving skills to address product inquiries and educate healthcare professionals on the proper use and maintenance of our products. You will take pride in delivering exceptional service and be ready to assist customers whenever necessary. As an Associate Sales Representative, you thrive in a dynamic environment and find fulfillment in selling Stryker products that contribute to better healthcare outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • 1-2 years of experience in medical sales or B2B preferred

Travel requirements:

  • Approximately 20% travel is expected. A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a vehicle are required.

Physical demands:

  • Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently to move objects
  • Coordination of eye, hand, and foot movements with the ability to grasp and meet cognitive demands including visual and auditory discrimination/memory, reading ability, and memory retention

Mental demands:

  • Ability to exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise
  • Capacity to manage time, projects, stress, and conflict effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including both written and verbal communication
