As a key member of our Artificial General Intelligence organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) solutions and services that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of scientists and engineers to design, develop, and deploy LLM-based conversational AI systems that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features, drive system architecture, and spearhead best practices that enable a quality product.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for technical initiatives, providing technical and scientific guidance to team members.
- Communicate effectively with senior management, colleagues from science, engineering, and business backgrounds, and external partners.
- Support the career development of team members and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Master's degree in engineering, technology, computer science, machine learning, robotics, operations research, statistics, mathematics, or equivalent quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business applications.
- 2+ years of experience in scientists or machine learning engineers management.
- Solid technical background and familiarity with natural language processing and latest LLM techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- PhD in Computer Sciences, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics with specialization in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- 3+ years of experience in building conversational AI and/or natural language processing systems, with a strong background in LLMs for large-scale business applications.
- Project management experience working on cross-functional projects.
- Ability to work well with people, helping to achieve stretch goals in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
- Publications at peer-reviewed NLP/ML conferences.
