Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food items to meet quality and presentation standards
  • Ensure all products are prepared, held, and served at correct temperatures
  • Rotate, label, and date all products to maintain freshness and quality
  • Use proper utensils and portions at all times
  • Keep work areas clean, sanitized, and organized
  • Coordinate orders to ensure timely and accurate preparation
  • Assist with re-stocking of paper supplies and food items as needed
  • Perform opening and closing procedures as indicated in the Employee Training Manual
  • May be assigned to work multiple stations throughout the shift

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in food preparation in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interact verbally and listen attentively to colleagues and supervisors
  • Ability to follow written and oral direction
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently
