Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Business Development Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for consistently and effectively reaching out to new prospects using various outreach methods, including telephone, email, door-knocking, networking, and social media. Your primary goal will be to identify, establish contact, and set appointments with prospective clients to promote our products and services.
You will work closely with our Route Sales Representatives and other team members to ensure that our customers and prospects receive the attention they need for their specific requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in sales, grow professionally, and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A minimum of 18 months business-to-business sales experience specifically focused on new account generation
- Demonstrated success in developing new business and generating sales leads within an assigned sales territory
- A High School Diploma/GED, with a Bachelor's degree preferred
- A valid driver's license
- Subject to a Criminal background check
