Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals. This role will involve taking orders, answering customer inquiries, and maintaining open communication with customers and referral sources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take customer orders and key them into the computer system
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain open communication and confidentiality with customers and referral sources
  • Assist walk-in customers with retail sales and orders
  • Obtain insurance information and verify it according to company guidelines
  • Prepare documentation for billing and key it into the computer system
  • Be familiar with the order confirmation process and provide backup as needed
  • Assist in maintaining inventory and presenting a well-organized retail area
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
  • Good computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and interruptions
