The Madison County Government seeks a qualified Custodian to join our Maintenance Department. This part-time position is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our government facilities. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of custodial equipment and cleaning chemicals, as well as the ability to physically perform custodial activities. The selected individual will be responsible for sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, shampooing carpets, cleaning sinks, toilets, mirrors, windows, walls, and other surfaces. Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to empty trash containers and replenish paper products and other supplies as needed. This is a part-time position that will remain open until filled. Madison County Government is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
