About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Aerotek. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, setting up, and operating production equipment, as well as troubleshooting and repairing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment failures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Maintain, set up, and operate production equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment failures to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity.
  • Fabrication: Fabricate parts and equipment using MIG welder, TIG welder, vertical/horizontal band saws, bridge port mill, and lathe.
  • Work Order Management: Update and complete preventative and non-preventative work orders to ensure accurate recordkeeping and efficient maintenance operations.
  • Service Calls: Respond to service calls to inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machine problems to ensure minimal downtime and optimal production.
  • PLC Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) with knowledge of Allen Bradley preferred.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain parts inventory and daily recordkeeping within CMMS to ensure accurate tracking and efficient maintenance operations.
