Dental Hygienist Position

Town Center Dentistry is seeking a Full Time Dental Hygienist to join our team. We are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and providing a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for providing preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health. This includes performing dental cleanings, taking x-rays, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current dental hygienist license in Ohio and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene. You will also need to have excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and dental patient screening and medical history documentation. Additionally, you will need to be certified in CPR.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems is preferred. A desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care is also essential.
Physical Requirements
The ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation is required. This includes prolonged periods of sitting and standing, as well as the ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times. Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year is also required.
