Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to provide accurate information to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a wireless or telecommunications environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong knowledge of wireless services and products
