About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a phlebotomy and lab operations associate in Arlington, WA.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in a high volume, production-based environment performing vital components of clinical lab science.
  • Ensure all lab equipment is working properly and perform minor instrumentation maintenance.
  • Replenish test bench supplies as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, comfortability with handling biological specimens, ability to accurately identify specimens, basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

Compensation and Benefits: $18.00 per hour (W2 pay), benefits are available, and flexibility to work overtime as needed.
