About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Goodyear. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles to ensure they are safe and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot complex problems and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills
  • Inspect, repair, and diagnose various vehicle systems, including brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, and air conditioning
  • Continuously learn new technical information and techniques to stay up-to-date with rapidly changing automotive technology
  • Maintain high standards of sales, service, safety, and housekeeping
  • Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license
  • Must have three years of experience in automotive repair, including diagnosis, problem-solving, and repairs
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) A4 Certification in Steering and Suspension and A5 Certification in Brakes
  • State inspection licenses and/or MAC certification
