About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at Goodyear. As a Mid-Level Automotive Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of vehicle maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns
  • Diagnose and repair complex technical issues with vehicles, including brakes, alignments, and other systems
  • Provide clear and concise communication to customers regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Work collaboratively with other technicians and team members to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments to ensure the highest level of expertise
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive repair and maintenance
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, including tires and wheels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • ASE Certification
  • Previous experience in diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests
  • Knowledge of electrical, air conditioning, and primary and advanced fuel ignition systems
