Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement learning programs and projects that meet the needs of our associates and the organization
  • Partner with colleagues in the Learning Network and key stakeholders to ensure that programs are effective and impactful
  • Develop and deliver training content that is engaging and relevant to our associates
  • Assess and analyze data to inform program design and evaluation
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of learning initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as psychology, organization development, or human resources
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in learning and development, change management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for program improvement
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
