Position Summary:

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to hear operational signals and collaborate with team members
• Read and adhere to production guidelines and recipes
• Engage with guests in a welcoming manner
• Accurately operate the cash register
• Work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Lift up to 70 lbs of product
• Maintain continuous movement and standing in the café
