Unlike typical clubs that offer just a golf course, our facility provides an exceptional experience with two championship golf courses designed by renowned architects. Both courses have hosted prestigious events and have been recognized among the best in the country.

As a key member of our organization, the Golf Practice Facility Coordinator is responsible for delivering top-notch service and maintaining the cleanliness of the practice areas for players, members, and guests. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the players, caddies, members, and the Club.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Basic understanding of golf and prior experience in a golf club or similar environment preferred
  • Customer service experience is essential
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
  • Prepare and dismantle the PGA TOUR Practice Facility in accordance with established guidelines, ensuring completion of the Set-Up/Closing Checklist and adherence to procedures for various areas.
  • Warmly greet players, members, and guests as they arrive at the practice facility, providing them with a brief overview of the amenities.
  • Guide players, members, and guests through the practice facility, identifying key areas such as chipping and putting zones, and escorting them to their desired locations.
  • Assist players, members, and guests at individual practice stations, ensuring they have all necessary supplies, including practice balls and tees.
  • Maintain a visible presence throughout the practice facility, offering assistance and cleaning golf clubs as needed.
  • Coordinate transitions to the first tee in accordance with club guidelines, working closely with caddies and the Starter/Course Advisor.
  • Ensure the practice facility is well-maintained and stocked during operational hours, including regular checks on supplies such as drinking water and cleaning solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with all departments within Golf Operations to enhance the experience for players, members, and guests.
  • Undertake special projects or additional duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT

This role involves exposure to various outdoor weather conditions and requires physical activity, including lifting and moving items weighing up to or over 25 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Compliance with all relevant safety and health regulations is essential.
