The Buchanan County Head Start is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer/HR to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management and human resources functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess staffing needs and secure the services of a fiscal office with sufficient education and experience.
  • Develop and implement financial management strategies to ensure the fiscal integrity of the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on financial and human resources matters.
