Service Writer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Writer to join our team at AKP Recruiting. As a Service Writer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our repair order process.

  • Follow the established repair order process to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to keep them informed and updated on the repair status of their units.
  • Transfer customer service needs to the work order and verify quality control.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
