We are seeking a professional with 6+ months of prior housekeeping experience to perform a variety of housekeeping activities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing. The ideal candidate will ensure all properties are cared for and inspected according to standards, maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, and work closely with leadership to identify and implement ideas to improve processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform housekeeping activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
  • Ensure all properties are cared for and inspected according to standards

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of prior housekeeping experience
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to speak and read English
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Willingness to submit to a Criminal Background Check

Benefits:

  • Pay starts at $15.50-$17.00/hr based on experience, paid weekly
  • Signing bonus of $500 (paid 90 days after hire)
  • Scheduled raises of $0.35-$0.75/hr every 6 months for qualified performers
  • Monthly performance bonus (typically $100-$200)
  • Employer-paid health insurance with dental and vision
  • 401K
  • Travel time to properties is paid, as well as prep time in the office
  • Use of company vans
