About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching 4th Grade students and providing a positive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and spiritual growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with Diocesan Curriculum Standards and meets the needs of students.
  • Provide instruction and support to students in a variety of subjects, including reading, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies.
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians through regular conferences and progress reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
  • Arizona State Department of Education teaching certification.
  • Safe Environment Training and Code of Conduct.
  • FBI Fingerprint clearance.
  • Ministry Formation Certification and/or re-certification.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate must be willing to work in a Catholic school environment and support the mission and values of the Diocese of Phoenix Catholic Schools.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
