Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Student Support and Cafeteria Aide. This role will provide support to students in a classroom setting and assist with cafeteria duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist student support services in overseeing students in classes and in test and homework completion
  • Create and implement student accommodation plans within curriculum domains
  • Establish positive rapport with students and staff
  • Engage as a member of a collaborative team to promote student learning
  • Other duties as assigned
Cafeteria Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Grade 4-6 students during their lunch period
  • Ensure that students are following rules and procedures
  • Communicate with teachers and parents when issues arise
Qualifications:
  • 4 Year College Degree or working toward one
  • ODE Educational Aide Permit
  • Experience working with children
  • Friendly and flexible demeanor
  • Ability to hold students accountable to CHCA standards of behavior
  • Comfortable working in a multi-denominational Christian community
  • Able to integrate faith and learning
