Senior Quality Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Quality Technician to join our team at Armtec Defense Technologies. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of technician assignments in support of the quality Receiving Inspection departmental programs, services, and activities.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize precision measuring devices such as calipers, fixed gages, and other direct test or measurement devices to ensure conformance to specifications.
- Read, interpret, and apply drawings, blueprints, and specifications to items inspected.
- Provide technical guidance for measurement capability on new parts/programs.
- Maintain open communication with Quality, Engineering, Materials, and Programs/Contracts at ARO/NCO/CAO.
- Coordinate TDPs and required ECPs, RFD, or RFWs, CRAs necessary to aide in the build of items of awarded contracts.
- Translate customer requirements into SOPs, IPs, and Work Orders.
- Maintain the highest ethical standards and adhere to Armtec's ethics and business conduct policies.
- Associate's Degree from an accredited school.
- Two to four years related experience and/or training.
- Proficient in Excel spreadsheets, data analysis, and formatting of usable tables and other evaluation documents.
- Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control and associated data analysis.
- Effective communication skills and ability to interact with other departments.
