Youth Support Professionals

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with adolescents.
- Good communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal, and listening skills).
- Ability to cope with stressful situations and interact cordially with clients and co-workers.
- Two years of relevant work or volunteer experience in human services.
- Knowledge of safety practices and adolescent development.

Physical EnvironmentThis role is based at the Day One Residential Treatment Center in New Gloucester, with occasional travel locally. Must be able to negotiate stairs within the house on a regular basis.
