Join our Customer Success team at Anatomage, Inc. as a Customer Success Advocate, where you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Location: California and Oregon only
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely and effective communication to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
We're looking for a seasoned Customer Success Advocate to leverage their technical expertise and interpersonal skills to drive customer success and expand our business.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Leverage technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and prioritize product enhancements
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Design and deliver training programs to educate customers on product features and best practices
- Analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or customer-facing role
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
- Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
